Deliveries and Returns

Free shipping on all orders. We currently deliver only within the European Union. All orders are delivered mainly by UPS.
 
We will send you a confirmation email, together with a tracking detail, when the order is shipped. The delivery takes between 3-5 days, from the moment an order is picked up by the carrier. All our orders are prepared and shipped from Spain. During the holidays, you may experience slight delays. In any circumstances, our team will make sure your order is delivered within 10 days.
 
If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking details, which you can find in your shipping confirmation email. If it was not possible to deliver, the courier will make another attempt to redeliver on the following working day.

If you wish to return the items purchased, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@thekoozy.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will confirm receipt of your e-mail within a reasonable time to authorise the return process. Once the return is processed you will receive an email update. The refund process will typically take 10 business days from the day we receive your return at the warehouse.
You will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days from the date of receipt of the email communicating your intention to return the purchased items.
 
You shall not have the right to return the items purchased on our website, for any reason and within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, if the items were made according to your specifications (made-to-order items) or if they are personalised, as pursuant to the applicable law. Moreover, you shall not have the right to return items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as personal hygiene items), as pursuant to the applicable law. Other restrictions may apply.
 
You shall return the items purchased, in the above referred circumstances, through registered mail, to prevent any loss of package, to the address Avenida Fuentemar 19-21, 28823, Coslada, Spain. The item should always be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Only returns of items which are in the same conditions in which were purchased are accepted.
 
The KOOZY does not accept item exchanges, unless under the circumstances provided for by law (please, see our Terms & Conditions for more details).
All our clothing line is packed in 100% biodegradable and compostable poly mailers; our delivery packaging is FSC® certified; our dust bags are made with organic cotton.
